Keynote speaker will be former State Senator Dr. Laura Ebke. Dr. Ebke is now a senior fellow at The Platte Institute, a Nebraska non-profit with the mission to advance policies that remove barriers to growth and opportunity in Nebraska. Presentation of the 1st annual Cloyd Clark-Norris Preservation Award to Clark and Dawna Bates. The award is given to an individual or group who has preserved Norris’ legacy. Tickets are $10.
