Octoberfest Duathlon

Join the fun and come support the McCook Bison Cross Country team in partnership with The HUB and Republic River Fitness Series in the 2022 Octoberfest Duathlon. A live Dj and Grill Masters will have BBQ available with $5 donation plates to support the cross-country team.

The duathlon is a run-bike-run event. The run will be split into two segments, 1-mile to start and a 1-mile to finish after the ride. The cycling portion is a scenic 6.2 miles. The run course is on a dirt road and cycling on payment. Helmets are required during the ride portion of the event- no exceptions.

The event is October 29 at Red Willow Lake-Lighthouse Marina and Grill. Check-in and start line are at the marina. Parking is also available at the marina. The cost is $30 per person, $25 per person for families of 4+. Race T-shirts will be available for an additional cost of $10.00

The race time is 4:00pm. Early bird registration ends October 26. For everyone who pre-registers will receive a swag bag with coupons and other items from the local community the day of the event.
